New Materials

The material that we use at slowmo is always strictly organic and certified with the GOTS and IVN seal. Besides organic cotton we can now for the first time offer certified organic merino wool knitting. The wool comes from Argentina and is finished in Thüringen (Thuringia) in a traditional company. The pullovers and cardigans are knittet out of fine yarn and are slightly felted. Therefore the products are very warm and soft. Another introduction in the slowmo range are jackets made out of recycled PET. These products were produced with a great emphasis on sustainability. Old PET-bottles were made into polyester fibers in Italy and coated with fine organic cotton in Germany. The result is an environmentally-friendly material with a unique function.
